In-Car
Why RaceSafe?
- Reliable in car flagging system
- Flag status can be sent to competitors’ phones, via the RaceSafe platform, received within the second*
- Flagging can be managed by both Race Control and Flag Marshals
- The RaceSafe platform can send a message to competitors’ phone – either
individually or multiple at a time. - Competitors can respond to text messages from Race Control with “Yes”, “No”, or “Acknowledge”.
- The RaceSafe system will instantly notify Race Control officials when the speed of a vehicle drops below a predefined speed threshold.
- Competitors can optionally see their current speed displayed on their device.
- Because it is backed by the tried and tested RallySafe platform – RaceSafe has been built from the knowledge gained by operating RallySafe in the hardest conditions seen in motorsport.
Race Control
Via the RaceSafe platform, event officials can
- Send a flag to an individual vehicle.
- Flag a specific sector of the track.
- When a sector flag is activated all vehicles within that sector, or that enter the sector, will automatically receive the flag notification. In addition, the flag will automatically disable as the vehicle exits the sector.
- Enable full course flagging.
- Send a message to individual devices, or to the full fleet of vehicles on track. Full visibility of these messages being received by the device and acknowledged by crews is available to officials. *
